Hello Everyone!!  Yes, the First Time Home Buying Tax Credit has been extended to April 30, 2010.  What this means is that a contract has to be written for a property no later than April 30, 2010, and the property has to close by June 30, 2010.  This is a tax CREDIT of up to $8000!! 

Also added to this is tax credit help for those who have lived in the home consecutively for 5 of the last 8 years and are PURCHASING a new home as a primary residence. 

There are rules that apply to all of this, and I wll have these posted shortly.

Great news for a lot of people if you are planning to purchase a home by April 30, 2010!!
