Happy New Year to Everyone!!

The areas in Jacksonville and St. Augustine Florida have so much to offer for Residential Real Estate!  There truly is something to please everyone!  Home opportunities toward the coast, golf course communities, adult/retirement communities, and communities that target the whole family.  The prices have held at a steady lower price, which makes it a great time to be looking.  Add the tax credits for first time home buyers, as well as for existing home owners!  Talk to you soon!
